Appointed Youth Camp 2024

It’s camp season! Read the information below and complete the forms to register your teen for Youth Camp. Since this is an offsite camp, this camp is exclusive to Appointed teens.

• Church Camp (Grades 5-12): June 25 – June 29

Drop-off and pick-up will occur at Redemption Christian Tabernacle – stay tuned for timing and any additional details.

Next to each question, you will find the individual who should answer the question. For example, (Parent/Guardian) indicates the Parent/Guardian should complete the section, while (Teen) is for the teen to ensure that they understand and agree to abide by all terms set forth within this form and its accompanying documents.

Registration begins on Monday, April 15, and ends on Sunday, May 19. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the end of this form to reserve your teen’s camp space. A parent/guardian meeting will be hosted following our morning services on Sunday, May 19.
